Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Local Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders for delivery in and around the York area (10 mile radius) within a 24 hr period from Monday to Friday.  

All orders placed out of hours and or on a weekend will be delivered the next working day (Mon to Fri).  However we will where possible try to deliver on Saturdays if possible but this is not guaranteed.

All our products are cooked to order and as such will be freshly baked on the day of delivery. 

Please return all packaging to your driver and we will gladly recycle it for you.

Please provide details of who we can leave your orders with should you be out for our expected delivery time.

We will make contact with you by txt, call or email to advise of your expected delivery time, please advise on your order notes should you have any specific requirements Leave a cool box in your designated drop point if you do not have one we can provide one at a same charge that is reusable.

For subscribers to our box schemes your initial delivery can be provided with a reusable personal cool box.

For all pay on delivery orders a householder or neighbour needs to be in to collect and pay for your goods.

We cannot make a delivery without a contact phone number so that should any issues arise we can inform you and make alternative arrangements with you.

National Delivery (outside York)
Your goods will be packed in a chill box which will keep your products cool for up to 72 hrs however we aim to deliver within 24 hrs of dispatch via our specialist food courier service.

Please check your products on receiving them and contact us immediately if you are not happy.

We will replace any substandard products immediately or replace with alternative goods to the same value of your choosing.

We will refund in full any orders or products you wish to decline at the point of delivery.

If you are out when we deliver and are not happy with your order please call 07594617109 immediately on opening your order and please send a photo of your issue if at all possible to the same number.

We try and produce a high quality consistent range of products at all times, but we are human and we make everything by hand and sometimes we make mistakes, we love all feedback it helps us improve. 

You may cancel your order at any time before 10 am the following working day.
